Hot Off The Press: Courageous Steps Project's Connor Archer heads to Washington D.C. in the Spring to promote Courageous Steps Project nationally
Recently, founder Connor Archer was awarded Maine's State Honoree for the Prudential Spirt of Community Award. This award aims "to applaud young people who already are making a positive difference in their towns and neighborhoods, and to inspire others to think about how they might contribute to their communities".
On April 30th-May 3rd, Archer will head to Washington D.C. to represent the Courageous Steps Project, along with his hometown & state, to attend many award ceremonies, and meet other young people in the country that have also done outstanding things for their communities.
This is one, of many awards that Archer has been recognized for. In December, Archer was WLBZ2 & WCSH6's Teens Who Care Award Winner for the months of December 2015, and January 2016.
